I took an appointment for a blood test for my son first she refused to book the appointment over the phone, so she asked me to come in and bring a hard copy of the blood test paper I saw her adding his name and booking the appointment but when my son went she told him no appointment under your name go book with clicsante. I believe she deleted it. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful as this test was vert urgent.
Staff prefers a certain clientele and are … less friendly to the other type of clientele. I was in line like everybody else and was passed in front by the pharmacist who already knew the other type of clientele. Just look at who gives all the 5 star reviews…
