Used to be great, around Dec 2025 something changed and service has taken a nose-dive since then. They are now not only slow but bordering on incompetent. Now we are typically waiting 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Used to answer within 1 min. They took 5 days to realise that my doctor had sent them a prescription (I had confirmed with the doctor's office that the fax was sent twice). Since when do I need to open a file to ask the pharmacist a question?! I wanted to know what was best for a headache, Advil or Tylenol, and they said I had to have a file to ask. Never in my life have I not been able to ask a random question to a pharmacist. I was ignored for a while as I waited at the counter until I asked for help. The two men behind the counter saw me, and did not acknowledge me at all. The pharmacy staff were all unfriendly and useless. Do not go here if you need help.
