I try to return something ups Amazon I just need some tape but the lady was not nice
Horrible experience. I had a blood test at 9am this morning. All the employees forgot their keys and we were left out in the cold until the pharmacist showed up at 10am to open the doors. After that, the nurse asked chatgpt which tube to use while doing my blood test. The pharmacist/owner refused any kind of compensation for the hour wait outside. Will never go back, horrible service and do not recommend.
Ordered my medication online and asked for delivery. When I realized it's already late I called the pharmacy only to find out they never dispatched my medication so I went to pickup instead because I didn't trust them anymore with delivery. I guess mistakes happens however I didn't hear any apologies from anyone at the pharmacy for the mistake they did. Not a great service.
