Il faut remplir un formulaire rien que pour poser une question au pharmacien. La technicienne m’a dit que c’est la loi. Non, ce n’est pas vrai; Proxim ne fonctionne pas ainsi. En plus de cela, ils ont « oublié » de renouveler mon ordonnance. Leur attitude envers leurs clients est vraiment déplorable, j’ai donc changé de pharmacie.
