Unipack picked up my cars to transport to Hawaii. They hired a moving company who did a vehicle survey and my Mercedes had 5 X marks upon pick up. When I went to port to pick up the car it had a stolen emblem and over 20X marks. Clearly damaged. When I notified them of the damage, I was asked to pay for the moving insurance and they would Retro the payment to look like I had insurance prior to the move.
