The owner does not show the few workers that they have any appreciation. They bust their butts off and work 12hr shifts when needed and all they get is a thank you. Yet the owner goes on all kinds of trips and vacations. My husband has been there for 10yrs and since one of the owners (the sister) retired, it's like they could care less about the workers and all that they do.
It sucks everything about the place no training and most of the people are disrespectful not a good place to work
