If I could give zero stars I would. Receptionist hung up on me and sounded like she literally hated her life. Super nice way to run a business.
This is not a local business. The guy was from Florida and his paperwork said Appliance Service Club with a Florida address. They charged the $69.95 when the appointment was scheduled and charged my card immediately which I was told would not happen. He put a belt on my dryer and charged me a total of $275. You couldn’t hardly refuse after they already had the deposit without loosing that money. I felt the price was crazy expensive. The technician was professional & courteous and had my dryer back in working order within the hour of his arrival. Should I need another appliance repaired, I will definitely be giving them a call. As for the negative review regarding the request for a credit card: there is a $60 charge to hold your appointment + diagnose the issue. That fee is then credited back to your final repair bill, so I had no problem with it. They are a business looking to make a profit, after all. Not everyone is out to get you.
