Dr. Li is very professional and super nice, my whole family have been seeing her for years and my kids like her a lot.

My daughter needed to get her two baby teeth removed after her new teeth came out, previously she does not like going to the dentists and would always cry. Our friend recommended Dr. Li, we were very lucky that Dr. Li was extremely patient and kind, she talked gently with my daughter, played Peppa Pig on the tv, and then pulled out her teeth so quickly. My daughter said it was not painful at all even a few hours later. We will definitely go back here for my kids' regular checkup.
Dr. Li’s skills are good, but the clinic’s billing practices are unacceptable. They aggressively target my insurance and spending account, treating the money like it’s free. A simple cleaning costs over $300, with endless justifications. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional especially when you ask about your bill. Their greed is obvious, and the whole experience was unpleasant.
