I have had to call Uniontown Septic twice now and both times I have received awesome service. The people on the phone were genuinely concerned with my problem. Once the techs were on scene, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. The level of customer service is outstanding!!!! Thank you for all your help and I will be recommending you to anyone who is looking for septic service.
We paid them to have our septic system maintained, but they obviously did not do it. This caused our motor to go bad. When they came to put in a new motor, the gentleman noted that it was obviously not being maintained, as he pulled out grass roots that were at least a foot in diameter. After trying to contact them reportedly without success, we cancelled the check. They came to our house, took out the new motor, and put in the old one while we weren't home! That's trespassing! Pathetic! No phone call to this day!
Amazing, not only do they offer up help they care and make sure you understand. Will be sending all our neighbors to them! This is our second run in with them and they went above and beyond what was needed.
Called first thing in the morning, tech came out by 11am. Had us up and running in no time!! Outstanding customer service!!!
