I see alot of the review were during the rush of COVID where they had 40 to 50 visits per day and understand its tough during that time. We are working with Amy now and she has been wonderful and easy to work with. Quick to respond and she messages us on her off days if we forget she's suppose to be off and text her. The community looks great and really like how close it is to the major park, high school, new middle school coming and apparently new restaurants in the plans.
The reviews are pretty spot on for this one. I don't like to write unsatisfactory reviews, but this one needs to be out there. The communication from the whole process is a huge disappointment. I have written so many emails and nothing is ever responded to. They build a house pretty quickly and the quality seems to be there. However, communication lacks in every department. Sold 2 homes there- first one the builders walk through literally the person showed up went off at my clients literally yelling and told me to walk out of the walk through cause we pointed out issues which they need to be fixing…we had the whole conversation recorded and sent it to the area supervisor and and they assigned another person for walk through - every item that needed fixing believe it or not - we were told that that previous lunatic guy will fix …what is the point of assigning another Rep if the previous person w... read more
