This is the first time I have felt compelled to leave a negative review on a doctor's website. I had a new patient appointment with Mark Penta earlier this week and my experience was terrible. Mark Penta came into the exam room sat down in the chair and spent approximately 5 minutes talking to me about my medical issue. He never examined me and he did not listen to me. My husband had a MRI done on 7/22/25. We haven't gotten the results back yet...what is going on here? I called a spoke to a Tory she tells me he...( Dr.Penta) is out of the office until next week. He was in the office last week, we should of gotten the results last week. This place is the worst to do business. Run people don't go there. My husband doctor is Dr. Mark Penta, he is not the friendliest doctor there. We will not be going back to this place after we get the results. I hope they find a replacement urologist for Dr Sausville because currently i have to travel to Chesapeake urology in Belair and my medicare advantage plan does not cover his hospital..
Dr. Penta has no skills in the area of my care.. I never had a problem with this before. I hope they find a replacement for Dr Sausville because I can't afford a PPO insurance right now and specialty hospitals are not in my network. I have to travel 45 mins for my care now.
