Staff is SUPER friendly and warm. Space is clean and beautiful. The work out class is high energy, and Jack really took us to church ! Thanks for a great start to my morning
I have taken three classes so far. I loved the yoga flow and the cycle class both were challenging in the best ways and the instructors were great. I also took the arms and abs class and was underwhelmed. I felt that the instructor tried to cram everything into the 40 minutes and sacrificed reps for more movements to the point where by the time you nailed the form and were starting to feel the burn, she moved onto the next thing….
