I’ve tried every single workout and eventually always fizzle out. This includes f45, orange theory, and even personal training. I signed up to U3 on a whim and I’m still here 370 classes later. The community is amazing and the accountability from the team and coaches is amazing. Super friendly to new people and all skill levels.
