Great staff fantastic service exceptional Drs especially Jessica
Dr Ozah is a great doctor, have seen him now 4 times and don’t have anything to complain about. The reception staff are amazing and very helpful.
The staff were all lovely, and the doctor was very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. We will certainly be using this practice again and would happily recommend them to others.
I've been attending Union Street Family Medical Practice for over 20 years and have consistently had a positive experience. Like any medical practice, your experience with an individual doctor can vary, some doctors will be a better fit for you than others. I don't believe that necessarily reflects on the practice as a whole. I've always found the reception staff to be pleasant, helpful and accommodating.
