Consistent issues with mismanagment of vaccination records, high turn over of staff so its impossible to get a GP that knows you, female doctors never last long here, they currently have no female doctors again. Reception is incredibly rude when you politely ask valid questions about wanting an appointment with an Australian doctor so you can actually understand them without a language barrier. Do not recommend visiting Dr Ozah for anything. He was unbelievable rude to me, and had no desire to offer any assistance for my issues. He is a very incompetent GP and not worth your time.
Dr ozah was rude and doesn't have any idea what he is doing. I'm baffled as to how he is even a dr? Went in for referal and he had great difficulty with this, rolled his eyes and was rude the he emailed the wrong people with my referal so was a complete and utter waste of time.
Receptionists are awesome but hey! If the only doctor available is dr. Ozah please forget about it. He is unwelcoming, he does not know how to communicate with a patient. He just type on the keyboard, do not ask you your concerns and doesn’t know what his doing. He is rude. Save your time snd energy please dont make appointments with dr. Ozah
