Receptionists are awesome but hey! If the only doctor available is dr. Ozah please forget about it. He is unwelcoming, he does not know how to communicate with a patient. He just type on the keyboard, do not ask you your concerns and doesn’t know what his doing. He is rude. Save your time snd energy please dont make appointments with dr. Ozah
I read the reviews before booking an appointment here and thought “how bad can it be”?, I’m new to the area and most GPs aren’t taking new patients. Unfortunately Dr Ozah was the worst doctor I have ever been to. He was rude, insensitive and in my opinion, incompetent. He was on his phone looking at news articles as if he was bored of me. Reception always helpful and nice to deal with.
Two stars for the past. After 15 yrs seeing David and believing there was mutual respect from reception I came back after lockdown insanity to be treated rudely by reception and get nowhere with Dr. Had to leave cos häve serious issues that weren't being addressed and realized I was just being gaslit. David types through the whole appointment and has the nurse barging in and out three times everytime to sign other peoples plans and answers phone calls to deal with others pressing me needs but I walk out with a hug and nothin... read more
