Dr ozah was rude and doesn't have any idea what he is doing. I'm baffled as to how he is even a dr? Went in for referal and he had great difficulty with this, rolled his eyes and was rude the he emailed the wrong people with my referal so was a complete and utter waste of time.
Receptionists are awesome but hey! If the only doctor available is dr. Ozah please forget about it. He is unwelcoming, he does not know how to communicate with a patient. He just type on the keyboard, do not ask you your concerns and doesn’t know what his doing. He is rude. Save your time snd energy please dont make appointments with dr. Ozah
I read the reviews before booking an appointment here and thought “how bad can it be”?, I’m new to the area and most GPs aren’t taking new patients. Unfortunately Dr Ozah was the worst doctor I have ever been to. He was rude, insensitive and in my opinion, incompetent. He was on his phone looking at news articles as if he was bored of me.
