The woman behind the counter in the kitchen needs customer service training she was really rude dismissive and wasn’t trying to help me at all. Wouldn’t even give me or let me buy an empty cup! Told me to look on the menu for it!
Got some breakfast sandwiches on a Monday morning. Positives: sandwich was large and fresh. Tasted great. Very convenient inside the station since the closest breakfast spot nearby is about 2 blocks away. Negatives: they need more workers. Only 2 people working. Took about 20 minutes to get them. Only took credit cards thru kiosk order system. If you are time crunched to get your train, skip it.
Would have loved to try the food seems pretty decent… BUT THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH!!! What kind of business doesn’t accept cash?
Union Station Deli is a Great place to eat when you just get of the Amtrak train and are Hungry. The Sandwich was Amazing !! This place is at the Raleigh North Carolina train station. Food hear is Delicious!!
Really excellent and fresh deli sandwiches, bagels, and bread.
