My experience with Berkley Southwest came by accident..literally. My truck was damaged in a minor collision with one of their customers. They screwed us on our claim. Additionally, the policy covered very little, they just deny and delay constantly. Ridiculous burden of proof required at a very legitimate loss. Toilet paper policy funded for many years....wasted. Response: You had months and months to review. We sent all of the evidence needed to show a legitimate loss.
