After one of our work vehicles was involved in an accident we reached out to Berkeley Southwest and it was the best experience and service possible. My experience with Berkley Southwest came by accident..literally. My truck was damaged in a minor collision with one of their customers. Great customer service followed immediately by their claims representative Stephanie G. After the adjuster came to my house and completed the estimate, then shortly the check was deposited in my account. I was able to schedule with the shop last week.
