Berkley Southwest has been a great carrier to work with. They take the time to really understand the businesses they work with and provide amazing resources for their clients to be successful. They are an excellent partner.
USIG is an above average carrier and their customer service sets them apart in my experience. It is nice to receive personal service when so much customer service is automated or outsourced. Their representative was efficient and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my request was handled accurately.
My personal experience shows USIC to be helpful, quick to respond and they carry a wide variety of insurable risks.
