We rented this space for the bestie's 50th b-day bash and it was everything we needed for a magical night (and then some). He's a Virgo, so the standards were high. The kitchenette for light snacks/drinks/cake, the DJ booth (we were able to bring in our own DJ), the sexy LED lights, a cozy little "breakaway" room, a big flat screen for our tribute video, and a mic for our MC of ceremonies... and a surprise performance from a singer in our friend group. I usually host my house music dance parties here. Always a great time and there are a bunch of events that they host for after work creative networking. The catered food they offer is great! I've know the owner for about 6 months and we have worked on a lot of projects in this Loft Space. He has great video production equipment and software that have captured my live streams. Hosted a meetup at the loft, it worked out great! The location is perfect - easy for everyone to get to. They offered complimentary coffee and tea for us, very thoughtful. BYOB, too! I would definitely recommend this space for parties, events, meetups, you name it!
Union Square loft is really an incubator of culture in downtown NYC!!! amazing for artists, DJs, dancers, photographers, videographers, podcasters, really you name it, the studio is equipped with everything you would need to make your creative pursuits a reality. so pleased with my experiences there
They have everything. I've done multiple production shoots at Union Square Loft, for both documentaries and music videos - *AND* they've hosted rough-cut feedback screenings for feature-length films for me - And the space is so beautiful. Very stunning for indie work. And the team couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.
