I live 40 steps from Central Park , 863 acres no dog run!!! Incredulous, really, but true. Hence, I take an Uber down to Union Square, where my puppy can run and play in contained area. I find the owners to be friendly here and dogs as well. Also, love that surface is not sand as it makes a huge mess , back at home . My favorite dog run
My sister and I have been to this place and that both of us was near the dog run and saw dogs running around in the dog run and was having fun this is because it was a nice place for dogs to play with each other and socialize. Also, the dog owners were talking to each other.
I was exploring Union Square Park today looking at all the statues and all the other activity including the many vendors on the west side. Lots to see in this park. Many benches. I passed by the Dog Run and there were several dogs playing there. Seemed to be a popular feature of this park.
