I’m really disappointed by my experience at Union Social. A couple weeks ago, I ordered via Uber Eats on a Friday night. When I arrived for pickup, the manager said he had canceled the entire order because one item (Brussels sprouts) was out of stock. Instead of just removing that item, he canceled everything. He did offer to remake the order, so I agreed, and after about 10 to 15 minutes, we got the food. He provided a 20% discount, and despite the inconvenience, I still left a gratuity.
