We get a call from Michelle saying our maintenance is due. Service guy comes out in March 2023 for routine maintenance and finds that we need a $200.00 part. Fine, part installed an unit never worked again. MARC ,their so called Service manager comes out 1 month later and tells us that our unit is one month out of warranty and says that we need a new unit or replace the memory board and thermostat that they originally installed ( leaky battery's in thermostat that the first service guy did not catch eventhough he played with... read more
