My mother-in-law was quoted 4.125 interest rate for 20 years by Gina Partin. When it was time to sign the papers the interest rate went up to 4.250 for 26 years. Gina said my mother-in-law took too long on the phone to receive the first interest rate. Gina didn't have any notes of any of their previous conversations The manager said he couldn't do anything.
