The worst bank you will ever use!!!! Worst customer service you will ever experience! Use any other bank if you can! They will do anything in their power to take your money and keep you from the money that is rightfully yours.
I'm traveling out of the country. Called Customer Service on Sunday (website said they would be available) and waited for 20 minutes; finally gave up. Called again Tuesday morning. Again, on hold for 30 minutes; again gave up. I just called AGAIN today (Weds). It is now 35 minutes and still no one has answered. I am holding at 35 cents per minute !! And still can't get to my money !!!!
Went to have a check cashed written from this bank, was treated rudely and informed after the check was finally cashed that I was going to be charged $5 because I was not a customer holding an open account with this bank. This after being made to wait over 20 minutes. All while the teller was snippy and rolling her eyes at me. Really?! Does this bank really think charging me to cash a check from their bank is an effective way to get me to open an account?!!! Sadly mistaken and far from a positive customer service experience.

Three weeks and eight e-mails have yielded no response from anyone at the bank. Live Help is never functional. I see from other reviews that I am not alone in finding this lack of customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. Perhaps they just don't care...
