So I'm the Treasurer for a not-for profit organization that was just led on for 2 months that this bank would lend us the money for a renovation we wanted to do. They assured us at the beginning of the summer of '25 that they'd love to do the deal. We own our property outright (worth $1.5-2mm) and were looking for $300k (so they were MORE than covered just by the value of our building and property). I will give them three stars because I did use them for years with no problem….. until recently. & it’s really only with one teller. All the rest of them are phenomenal. I've had multiple unpleasant experiences with Darcy (I think that’s her name, the black haired lady who usually works the drive up window) at Union Savings Bank. Every time I visit, she keeps me waiting for over 30 minutes and is consistently rude. Her lack of professionalism and poor customer service make banking here frustrating.
