Horrible new platform for Quickbooks download. Cannot see transaction detail and no one seems to know how to fix this. Same platform as People's United Bank. Awful
I'm traveling out of the country. Called Customer Service on Sunday (website said they would be available) and waited for 20 minutes; finally gave up. Called again Tuesday morning. Again, on hold for 30 minutes; again gave up. I just called AGAIN today (Weds). It is now 35 minutes and still no one has answered. I am holding at 35 cents per minute !! And still can't get to my money !!!!
