Terrible customer service. Mobile deposits stopped working in October. No one wants to take control to address the issues. Have asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor who may be able to assist - no one has ever returned that call. Extremely disappointed, and this is after banking with them since 2006.

Horrible new platform for Quickbooks download. Cannot see transaction detail and no one seems to know how to fix this. Same platform as People's United Bank. Awful
The worst bank you will ever use!!!! Worst customer service you will ever experience! Use any other bank if you can! They will do anything in their power to take your money and keep you from the money that is rightfully yours.
