I’ve been to the Greenwood location twice. The first time I visited, I thanked the manager after I finished, but he didn't respond. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might not have heard me. However, during my second visit, I said thank you loudly after I finished, and he still did not respond. To the manager at this establishment, if you cannot be polite to customers simply because they are immigrants, then you really shouldn't be in a customer service role.
Staff is efficient and helpful.
Got my mortage here. Ryan was absolutely outstanding. Super easy to reach and makes thing much eaiser than the other lender I tried to work with. Provides better interest rate too. Highly recommeded.
You can not do better than Union Savings Bank. Ryan was great, the whole team was great. Took about 80 days but that's because its crazy busy and the covid thing but WELL worth the wait. I've been with Union Savings for over 10 years, super nice people and they always on point with any questions or concerns. You will be very happy if you get a mortgage from these people, especially if you've dealt with other companies.
