I had an amazing cut and style with Kristin this past weekend. I have always had good experiences with Union Salon South, and after my original hair stylist moved away I have tried a variety of different stylists here and have always been happy with my results. But Kristin goes above and beyond, giving tips and tricks about haircuts -- and even volunteered to help a curly hair girl like me learn how best to leave my hair curly or straighten it. The haircut I received here can only be described as disastrous. Choppy, disjointed, uneven length. Had to attempt to fix it elsewhere. One star only bc mgmt/stylist refunded half my money but this mess will take a year to grow out. Do not recommend
I wish I could say I had a great experience at this salon, as it isn’t the first time I have left the salon feeling like I was unsatisfied and disappointed with my results. I went in for a consultation and strand test to see if Union could handle my color correction needs. During the consultation, they tested a small section of hair on the back of my head.
