I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel the need to share this because this was not the result or experience I expected after spending $300+. I originally came in with blonde hair because I wanted to return to my natural color. I was very clear that my goal was a complete color change to a much darker brown/black. The service was great, but the work not so much i recently got my haircut by mariel and did not receive what I requested she completely butchered my hair and thinned it out way too much and i did not receive nothing like the expected result I was hoping for extremely disappointing for the price just for it too look like nothing I had asked for definitely my last time coming here.
I got my eyebrows waxed by Stephanie and she did an amazing job. I expressed my anxiety around my eyebrows and wanted them shaped and cleaned up. She was very tentative and caring and gentle, it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’ve had horrible past experiences in other salons getting my eyebrows waxed and absolutely grateful I finally found someone close to home to make me feel like myself again 🥹❤🙌

Anita cut and styled my son's hair, she was great and exceeded our expectations. She did so good with a short cut. We will definitely return and be requesting her again!
