Worst hair experience of my life. I’m trying so hard to be okay with it but I don’t think I will ever trust a hair lady again. The owner, sandy, RUINED my hair. And I’ll be making up for it for at least 3 years. Sadly, came back because I was loyal and my old hair lady left so they put me with sandy. She said she’s been doing it for 35 years. First off I'd like to say that the salon atmosphere is nice and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Here's the negative, I went in for a cut, I showed the stylist two photos (different styles) and she said it was basically the same cut. I was cutting about six inches off my hair, she shampooed, cut and curled my hair and it looked fine.
