I booked an appointment at 9am, first time to this surgery and I felt uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. There was no greeting, no smile, and I genuinely felt like an inconvenience. The dentist didn’t acknowledge me at all and appeared unhappy or irritated, which made the environment extremely uncomfortable. I ended up leaving before the appointment even began because I didn’t feel welcomed or at ease. was sent to specialist and spent lots of dollars at Baxter dentist ! union Rd dental fixed for half the price! even had a follow up at no cost. good things do come in small practices. thank you
