We are 100% pleased with our roof replacement Union Properties installed in one day!! Excellent communication, professionalism, honesty, and fair pricing. Left our property in the same condition prior to installation. Very impressed that we didn’t have to wait months to have our project completed!! I’d give more stars if I could!!
Union Properties communicates well and strives to have their customers satisfied in the end and it shows! They listen to all questions and concerns and will meet you multiple times if needed to go over each step of the project as it moves along. They made sure I was happy after each project was completed. I had them tear off and install new shingles, paint my aluminum siding, replace some old window flashing, and stain a 7 year old porch that was never stained. I've had a great experience with Union Properties. I learned to book early, because they're very busy, but their work was excellent and they did a great clean up afterwards. They were able to accommodate my schedule and work around people coming and going from my house. Look forward to the next job.
I was told by someone that Union Properties does a great job. From the initial meeting with Ryan for a quote, Sarah keeping me informed of time schedules, the work done, the clean up,and final inspection I found it to be true! I appreciated that they always told me when they were coming and then showed up! They were very courteous of my property and did and great job cleaning up. They do fabulous work and I would use them again. Highly recommend!
All the workers were very polite work card cleaned up when they were all done and did an excellent job I love my new siding
