Illegally locks common bathrooms requiring to use bathrooms within medical suites. During normal worm hours the common bathrooms should be acccessible for individuals who have business in the building according to ADA rules. However they are locked with lockboxes by the doors
Absolute garbage. They can't even get a portal referral right so i can see an ENT for ear pain & hearing loss. Tori is the most incompetent person i've ever had to deal with. She even tried to argue with the receptionist from the ENT office in Bel Air. Completely unacceptable.
Waited 2 months for the appointment. Went for 3 issues, 2 out of the 3 she wanted to refer me out. Everyone warned me, and I thought, give them a chance. Don't waste your time.
The primary care physician failed me. I consistently experienced mediocre and almost nonexistent personal nurse practioner and doctor to patient interactions. Those relationships deteriorated since the hospital takeover by Christiana Care. You have to jump through, what seems to be never-ending hoops of corporate policies, to make any attempt at trying to get a simple form request completed.
