Entergy is the worse place to have lights through . I wish there were other option to chose from. Management is horrible. The representatives they hire aren't helpful and service is very poor. -0 /10 I dont recommend for anyone .

Moved into an apartment on April 28, 2023 with the electricity turned off. I called Entergy electric to setup my account and gave all details they requested for service to be turned on. Electric was turned on that same day and was told that someone by end on day Friday April 28 at latest Monday May 1st to verify my information. I asked if I would be able to call the department that handles verification and was told no they don’t have that information and only Entergy can email them.
