The gym is impressively clean and spacious, providing a fantastic environment for workouts. The workout sessions are designed to cater to different fitness levels, allowing you to progress at your own pace and according to your strength. Just had my first session with Robbie. This guy really knows his stuff is personable and I’m excited to get on the program with him!
I love this location. It's perfect for anyone who works or lives downtown. The facility is amazing, and it's a great way to get in a work out either over lunch or right before heading home.
The convenience of showing up when you can and get a well-planned, technical, full body work out is the key to my success. This gym is loaded with all the things i need for functional movement and resistance training. The guy who owns and runs it knows his stuff and loves to share his knowledge and good nature with those around him. It’s worth the drop in and it’s worth the great price. No judgement here. Do what you can….something is always better than nothing, but consistency is best!
Great place! I never consistently worked out before joining Union. The atmosphere is not intimidating and the videos show you exactly what to do. Workouts push you to get in better shape but aren’t over the top.
