Wonderful service department. Maybe a year ago I was incredibly frustrated with another location's volvo service department for some of the most idiotic stuff, like calling me constantly about booking oil changes for my 100% electric vehicle, scheduling tire rotations for a car with different sized front and back tires, etc. Out of pure frustration and hoping to save a relationship long term with the volvo brand my next service was here. My car had to be towed for a major repair from Rehoboth Beach to Wilimington. There was a warranty however like all, it was weary about covering several items. Dave, the Service Supervisor, went above and beyond to call the Warranty Company, take pictures and submit for further coverage. I live in New Hampshire and I had a time limit on when I had to be back. This service department got all the repairs done in two days, I was able to get back to address business on time.
