I had a very disappointing experience with this service center. I was originally booked for a loaner car, but one day before my appointment I was informed that none were available. Instead, I was asked to either wait while the servicing was done or reschedule for later. I decided to wait and I was then told the service would take about 90 minutes, but it ended up taking more than 2 hours, which caused me to miss an important work meeting.
