DO NOT GO HERE. Been to 3 different brands there and they leave you feeling like you went to some trashy used car dealer with sleazy lying sales staff. Don’t like it when the internet can rat you out do you Union park? The other time the online sales contact wasn’t even there when I went. The third time the markup over MSRP was criminal! I drove an extra 40 minutes to another deal and saved thousands.
5/5 for Union Park Honda. Donald Sanders was such a blessing. He made the process as smooth as possible considering I had a bit of a unique situation. He went above and beyond to help get everything situated.
Brought my car in yesterday for an electrical problem and Kelsie was a great help! She was efficient and contacted us right when the problem was fixed.
First I wanna thank union park for making this process so smooth and so easy when everything felt so heavy. PHILLIP did an amazing job getting me into the car that I wanted. He went above and beyond to make this process happen for me after I lost my last car to a reckless driver 3 weeks ago and was devastated. If you’re considering union park for your next Honda, DO IT. I can’t recommend this dealship enough and will always go back for all my needs.
I would never ever go to this place ever again and wouldnt recommend anybody going here. First when i walked in nobody greeted or asked me if i wanted a vehicle or anything. Its like you are invisible. Then when you attempt to ask for help you get smart remarks and reactions as if nobody wants to be bothered. From the management team to the regular employees the morale here is so poor and low that i dont even know how they are still employed and in operation. Nasty attitudes by everyone and i would never come here ever again... read more
