Had a door ding on a 2026 X5 on a body line. Since the car was new I thought bringing it to the dealer I bought it from would be best. After 7 business days they called me to pick it up. The work was shockingly bad. Waves in the metal worse than the original ding. The manager Tasha agreed and said they needed to redo it. Where is the quality assurance review before handing it to a customer? They had it four more business days. I said I had kids and needed a car.
