Somehow I damaged my rocker panels on my car. Christy Miller was my primary point of contact. The estimate was quick and easy, and comparable to another shop in my area. She was responsive to both emails and phone calls. I hope that I don't have any more things to fix, but if I do I will be returning here.
I recently had my BMW I4 worked on at Union Park Collision Center. My windshield was cracked due to a highway stone and it chipped the paint on the roof. My contact person was Luis Ortiz which I dealt with the entire time. Luis was very slow to return calls if he did at all and communication was non-existent unless I initiated it. I had my front bumper replaced.on my 2020 m550i. The work they've did is outstanding.. i'm very pleased with the outcome. I would like to thank Christy Miller for all of her assistance and professionalism. Enterprise was giving me such a hard time with a rental and their staff was very unprofessional. I informed Tasha what the situation was and she put me in a loaner car until my car was ready. Thank you Tasha, that was a huge help.
