We have lived in this neighborhood close to two years. Really interesting community layout but absolutely not for us. The landscapers do a great job. Most residents are really friendly. The influx of homelessness has been increasingly aggressive and as this is a non-gated neighborhood next to a major street with bus stops. I do not go out after dark alone anymore and it used to have such a different vibe. Racing cars on the surrounding streets are extremely loud. Happy to be moving.
Tiny homes.. Average community.. Glendale is better
I HIGHLY recommend Union Park, but namely Ashton Woods. I have owned and lived in an Ashton Woods home for just over a year and I can confidently say that I would recommend them to my closest friends and family members. The homes are built with so much care. Paul and Andy with the AW are so incredibly reliable and are always willing to help you at a moments notice.
