I'd do zero stars since they're constantly disturbing the peace with their loud horns through all hours of the night. Been waking me up since 1989 when we moved back to this place. Just hit the cars and be quite about it. It's their fault for being on the tracks. Now STFU and let people SLEEP.

Trains are often blocking roads in SE Portland and making the area's traffic congested. They sit idle on tracks for up to ten minutes. Tiring for locals and visitors and embarrassing way to run a company.
