I went hear to get custom made shoes and instead was given diebatic shoes I told the lady I need custom made shoes not diebatic shoes and was told i ordered diebatic and I didn't now I am in pain with the diebatic shoes and insurance will not pay for a new pair till January 2027 I will be looking for a new place
We have used union orthodics- butler for the last 4 years for many different pieces of orthodics. The experience is always wonderful. There was a mishap one time but it was fixed promptly. I appreciate how friendly they are with my child and how comfortable they make her while in the office and not having to travel for services is a bonus! I would recommend!!
