Visited two weeks ago today for an infant remolding cranial helmet fitting. The specialists explain the process in a very clear manner..they even break down what should be common sense but sometimes people lose sight of common sense and it helps to have reminders of the little things that you May be concerned about during the helmet journey. Kind staff. Clean rooms. They even let my toddler talk aimlessly to them while I’m sure they had better things to do. 😄🤣
They are all so kind here from the initial phone call to the actual appointment. We saw Donny for my one twin to be evaluated for a helmet and we highly recommend him! He was so nice, 10000000/10. He’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. After taking the measurements, he told us right off the bat that she didn’t need a helmet and explained why. I will shout this from the roof tops! Union orthotics and prosthetics has the best staff member and team. Donny K. that previous worked out of the Indiana location deserves so much praise. I met Donny when my son had a helmet evaluation in Indiana and then his first set of AFO braces. Then when it was time to get his second set I called and he had moved to the pittsburgh area locations. I followed, this is my son's 3rd set of braces and I would trust no one else.
