Lived here for two years during my time at USF and honestly had such a great experience. Maintenance was always super fast. Shoutout Charlie, he’s the best. Front desk girls were helpful and kind as well. The amenities were great—always clean, well-kept, and enjoyable to use (gym, pool, study spaces—loved them all)! This is my 2.5th year living here, and I don't mind living here for the most part but I am trying to relet/sublease and the process is a nightmare. They tell you everything so last minute (sometimes the day of) giving you no time to plan your place to live. After submitting my relet form in May with no problems stated at the time and a given turnaround time of 5 business days, they emailed me THE DAY OF July 22 to say that everything needs to be completed with my reletter by the END OF THE DAY or the relet could not be compl... read more
