No answers the phone when you call to make an appointment. When you go to office the staff is very rude and act like they don't want to deal with you
Not the best bedside manner. Pushed my concerns aside and made me feel unvalidated. Basically made me feel like I was a hysterical woman. Quickly decided to send me to have a psych test. Well guess what, the Psychiastrist did not think I needed the testing, and did not understand why it was prescribed by doctor Kassa. Also with a second opinion, my concerns were addressed and turns out there was an underlying issue. I do not recommend Dr. Kassa.
I had no concerns with Dr. Kassa. He did ask 1 question and I short with him. I guess that was me being in pain.
Within the first 2 weeks of seeing Dr Kassa, I finally got some relief from years of severe migraine. His thorough diagnostic approach was impressive!
His personality sucks.
