Joke of an insurance company.
Horrible experience with this company. I signed up for a renters insurance policy which was easy. The following week I called to have my partner added to the policy, to which they said no big deal and it would be done within 24/48 hours and sent back to me. Two weeks and about 10 phone calls back and forth to them (to which no one from the actual company ever answered) for me to find out they never even added him to the policy. Garbage Company. Had a policy for 7yrs. Never did 1 home inspection before but recently requested to inspect. Which was no issue, until I asked to reschedule the FIRST scheduled inspection. I immediately provided 3 alternative dates to inspect, as requested. NO RESPONSE back from ANGELA ARAUJO. I attempted calling to schedule it but they said I had to go through Angela. Now I'm told they canceled my policy because of too many missed inspections?? And won't rewrite the policy. I've never even filed a claim lol. UM & staff are... read more
Company offered good rate via AAA in year 1 (to get you to sign up with them). WITH NO CLAIMS, this company almost DOUBLED my initial premium over the next TWO YEARS!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! Get your homeowners insurance from A REPUTABLE COMPANY - I did.
