Very disappointing experience at Union Medical Centre. My original appointment was booked, but when I arrived, I was told the doctor was not working. They rebooked me for the next day. When I returned, reception checked me in and told me to sit and wait. After waiting for 1 hour, another staff member told me the appointment had been cancelled and that they had supposedly called and left a voicemail. Really disappointed with my first experience here, unfortunately, I won’t get back again. My consultation with Sarita Katur felt rushed and impersonal. The appointment lasted only a few minutes, and I left with many of my questions unanswered.
