This company is a scam! “New” machines arrive not working.. little to no response from customer service who seem to turn off the phones to avoid dealing with complaints & refunds! No way of contacting them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! WHERES MY FCUKIN MONEY!!
Am okey with this product
This is by far one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with. I bought a generator of them 3 months ago and the generator has stopped working and not suppling power. I have been in contact with “customer support team” and have had about 4 responses in the last month. They take a week to reply to one email and the emails are usually 1 liners with no solutions. Awful company to deal with. Sold me a faulty product. Went round the houses for months. Decided to void the warranty to evade their responsibility. Bank involved to dispute charges and will be taking legal action against them in small claims. Avoid these fraudsters and thieves at all costs. They sell poor quality Chinese products advertised as “USA” and take no responsibility when they fail. AVOID AT ALL COST's OR IT WILL COST YOU Bought a brand new pressure washer from Union Mart and it wouldn't start . We have been fighting with Union Mart to get it replaced or a refund to no avail .. after 6 months it was finally collected after 3 courier companies refused it due to it having "had" petrol in it ( we cleaned out all the fuel before it was due to be collected). It was then returned to us again after a few weeks despite us saying we didn't want the faulty washer back, with Union Mart saying it had been fixed ...... read more
