This is the place to go, when you have to service your vehicle. They have a great team, and they are honest. You can feel the difference as soon as you walk in. Just before a long trip, I thought I heard some noise coming from under the hood, so I called them. Dan asked me to bring in the car immediately, took a ride with me, and we tested all the scenarios and found that there was nothing serious (the noise happened only if the car was cold). These guys are the best - they're honest and caring and do a great job keeping our cars in good working order. I've been in crappy situations with my car where I've called them in a panic, and 20 minutes later I was leaving their office with a free loaner while they fixed my car. Their repair costs were significantly less than what we were quoted at the Flemington BMW dealership - plus you get personalized service and they make it so easy to schedule repairs and maintenance. Even your car's own dealer cannot compare with Union Line. The Union Line professionals are straightforward, friendly and not only give you superior mechanical service, but excellent advice. I am not a car person, so I feel fortunate I can ask the Union Line pros and know I'll get a knowledgeable and honest answer. I highly recommend them.
This repair shop is AMAZING. They use dealer parts, and are prompt, pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable. They base-line your car to start, tell you what they found and do the repairs when they say they will do them. They have rental cars if you don't have someone to pick you up, and they have a van that takes you back/forth from work while your car is serviced.
