I wish I could give this property and the leasing agent Tia a 1 star. I applied for a 2 bedroom apt and I was told I met the screening requirements then I received a call from their office telling me I didn't meet the income requirements which initially they said I did Tia even called me to pick up the keys on 8/15/2025 but because of their process I had already paid rent where I was residing and that I couldn't pay them, she said ok she would put my name back on the waiting list but that I would get an apartment but that wa... read more

Apartments complex breezeways are so dirty Stains on the steps, leasing department do not take the time to come and clean the breezeways Children running around all times of the night air conditioner is not functioning properly. Lease office management seems to not care about the residents. Concerns gate are never working always broken.

I want to thank Tia and the entire management/ leasing staff for making my experience pleasant, and a game changing experience.The entire staff were inviting, and professional. I stumbled across Union Landing, defeated, and ready to throw in the towel when I decided to give it one last go. After spending so much money just on application/ and administrative fees and being denied based on some credit card debt that I acquired while going through hard times really had me going into a slight case of depression 🫥.
