I recently called to inquire about this property, and while the lady I spoke with had a polite tone, her attitude still came across as dismissive. I was initially told they were looking for people to move in right away, but during the call, she said that wasn’t possible. She also mentioned that you have to fill out an application and pay $35 just to tour the home. When I asked additional questions, it felt like she was in a rush to end the conversation. The staff at this property is amazing! Applying for LIHTC complexes are difficult due to compliance requirements but Latiya, Jasmine and the entire staff are really efficient! They were thorough in making sure that they got all the information that they needed from me when I initially filled out my application. Latiya communicated with me every step of the way and never made me feel like I was being a pest even though I know I was!
