Shoddy construction and poorly maintained building. There has been vomit in the lobby for 3 days and despite numerous complaints it has not been cleaned up. Just shameful
Lived here from 2018 to 2020 (I'm one of the very first residents here) The place is better than most places you can find around here, convenient location, nice services. The residents here can use the facilities of the apartment right in front of it, as they are managed by the same company. If you are afraid of loud noises from the main street, this is the place to go. Very poor service and quality for the price. Stay away! The building has been built with a lot of flaws and management is not doing their job to fix the issues. - there's no heating vent in our master bathroom, the temperature is constantly way colder than should be and management is not fixing the problem - water in the bathroom consistently goes from hot to cold, which makes it impossible to take a shower - you cannot switch between shower and faucet in the bathroom while taking a shower, as the switch gets stuck. - doors ... read more
