Very disappointed with my most recent visit. The food quality has declined, not as good as it used to be. The service was slow, only one server on a Sunday afternoon. Drinks were not great and extremely slow. Had a reservation for 7 dor a birthday and server was too busy to make us feel welcome. Had a vegetarian in the group who asked if something could be made without meat and was told no substitutions, no deviations. Will not be going back, especially for a special occasion.
Used to love ordering pizza from here. Not going anymore since the owners started implementing rules to nickel and dime their customers. I would order their 1 topping pizza deal once a week for my kids. That is until they suddenly stopped allowing me to order it as half pepperoni/half cheese. Seriously?? It's literally less ingredients. Then for sit-down dinner, they charged us an automatic 20% gratuity for our family of 6 (used to be 8+). They didn't tell us about it.
