I see 3 Dr.s in the UHMG and they are great and have amazing staff. BUT! They bill thru Union Hospital and thats the serious problem. I had overpaid by 15.00 on all of my visits with a number of their doctors over the past year. Had a huge credit at Union Hospital,they NEVER informed me of the credit. My insurance informed me. Even was billed for 25.00 on a Dr ofc call that shouldve been a 15.00 credit added to my credit. VERY DISHONEST AND INCOMPETANT invoicing.CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS AGAINST YOUR INSURANCE!!!!!!!Very crooked... read more
